What counts as a trading day
A trading day is counted once you open and close at least one position. Days with no completed trade, including weekends, do not count toward your minimum.
On passing
You are funded from day one. Complete the minimum trading days, then request your first payout.
If you breach
A breach ends the account. You can buy a reset (40% of the original fee for the first reset and 60% thereafter) or start a new challenge.
Account violations
Hard breaches only. Exceeding a loss limit, or holding any position past the 4:45 PM EST close, ends the account immediately. There is no grace period.

How each rule works
Daily loss limit: 3%
Checked at end of day from your balance at the open of each trading day, not on intraday equity.
Worked example: a 3% limit is about $3,000 of room on a $100,000 account ($1,500 on $50,000). Intraday spikes do not breach you; only your closing balance counts.
Maximum drawdown: 5% (EOD trailing)
The overall floor is 5% (EOD trailing), which trails your end-of-day balance upward as you profit. The floor rises at each day's close and never moves back down.
Worked example: on a $100,000 account the breach point starts near $95,000.
Contract-size limits
Each account size caps how many minis/micros you can hold at once (see Trading Conditions). Exceeding the cap, even for a moment, is a hard breach.
Inactivity: 30 days
An account with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days is closed. Placing a trade resets the counter.
Consistency rule
20% is the most any single day may contribute to total profit. Breaking it does not fail the account. It delays payout until profit is better distributed.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I break a rule?
The account is breached. You can buy a reset (40% of the original fee, 60% thereafter) or start a new challenge.
If I dip below a limit intraday but recover, is it a breach?
Futures limits are measured at end of day. Your closing balance is what counts, not intraday spikes.
How is the daily loss limit calculated?
At end of day, from your balance at the open of each trading day, not on intraday equity.
What is the trailing drawdown?
On One Step and Instant Pro accounts the floor rises at end of day with your balance and never falls.
Do I have to close my positions every day?
Yes. All positions must be flat by 4:45 PM EST. Holding past the close is an automatic breach regardless of P&L.
Can I trade the news?
Yes, but every position must still close before the daily end-of-day cut-off.
Are Expert Advisors allowed?
In the evaluation, yes. On funded accounts automation must be pre-approved by the risk team.
Is there a consistency rule?
Yes. It caps how much of your total profit can come from a single day: One Step 50% in the evaluation and 25% once funded; One Step Pro 30% in the evaluation with no rule once funded; Instant Pro 20%. It delays payout rather than breaching.
Is there a time limit on the evaluation?
One Step has a 30-day time limit. One Step Pro has no time limit, and Instant Pro has no evaluation at all.
What is the profit split?
80% across all Futures challenges.
How fast are payouts?
Within 24 hours; if we miss that window, a $1,000 compensation is added to your payout automatically. There's no minimum payout.
Are payouts capped?
One Step caps payouts 1-3 at $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 ($25K / $50K / $100K) and Instant Pro caps payouts 1-2 at $2,000 ($25K) / $3,500 ($50K). Both are then uncapped permanently. One Step Pro has no payout caps, ever.
What's the inactivity rule?
On Instant Pro, an account with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days is closed; placing a trade resets the counter.
What are the contract-size limits?
Each account size caps how many minis/micros you can hold at once; exceeding the cap is a hard breach.
What platform do I trade on?
Volumetrica.
Are there country restrictions?
No. Atlas Futures is open to traders globally.
Is there an activation fee?
No. A single one-time fee with no separate activation cost.
What does a reset cost?
40% of the original fee for the first reset, and 60% thereafter.
Can I scale my account?
Yes. Consistent traders grow their allocation over time.
