Refunds & Fees

Fee refunds, activation fees, resets and withdrawal costs.

Updated July 2026

What Atlas charges, when your fee comes back, what a reset costs, and the fees on a withdrawal. Covers both Atlas Futures and Atlas CFD.

Getting your fee back

On Atlas CFD, your evaluation fee is refunded automatically with your 3rd consecutive reward, on every model — 1, 2 and 3 Step (including the Pro variants), Pay Later, Instant Funded and Instant Zero. There is no separate claim or waiting period.

"Perform well, follow the rules, and your fee comes straight back to you." The refund lands with the payout that hits your milestone.

Atlas Futures

Atlas Futures is a single one-time challenge fee. It is not refunded after a number of payouts. The refund-after-milestones model applies to Atlas CFD accounts.

Conditions

The refund is tied to performing as a funded trader and reaching the payout milestone above. There is no fee refund if you do not pass the evaluation.

Activation & one-time fees

No activation fee on Atlas Futures. Atlas Futures charges a one-time challenge fee only: nothing at sign-up, nothing when you pass, nothing when your funded account is issued, and nothing thereafter. No subscription, no hidden charges.

Atlas Futures

You pay once, at checkout, for the challenge. There is no activation fee at any stage, and no monthly subscription. A reset after a breach is optional and priced separately (see Resets).

Atlas CFD

Your CFD evaluation is a single one-time fee paid at checkout, plus any optional add-ons you choose, for example the 100% profit-split upgrade or weekly / on-demand payout cycles. You pay once to start; there is no monthly subscription.

Pay Later (Atlas Access)

Pay Later flips the timing. You pay a small entry fee up front ($1 to $5 per phase) and pay the full account fee only once you pass. That fee is what activates your funded account.

Account size2-Step funded fee1-Step fee
$5K$78$78
$10K$138$168
$25K$278$308
$50K$418$458

$200K$1,478$1,678
$300K$2,278$2,448
$400K$2,748$3,228

You pay the full fee only after passing both phases. Pay Later starts at $5.

Reset fees

A reset lets you carry on after a breach for less than the price of a brand-new challenge. It works differently on Atlas Futures and Atlas CFD.

Atlas Futures: percentage of your fee

ResetCost
First reset40% of the original challenge fee
Subsequent resets60% of the original challenge fee

Worked example: a One Step $50,000 challenge bought for $186 resets for $74.40 the first time, then $111.60 after that. The same percentages apply to a breached funded Futures account, or you can buy a new challenge at full price.

Atlas CFD: Account Resets

Instead of buying a whole new challenge, you can buy an Account Reset: we issue a brand-new account that resumes at the phase you were on, so the phases you already passed are preserved. Breach the funded stage and you get a new funded account with no re-evaluation. The old account is closed.

Resets are available on 1 Step, 1 Step Pro, 2 Step, 2 Step Pro, 3 Step and Instant Funded. They are not available on Instant Zero.

RuleDetail
When you can buyAny time — after a breach, or early if you are deep in drawdown and want a fresh start on the phase
WindowOnce you breach, the reset stays available for 14 calendar days, then expires permanently
How manyOne per phase — each phase, and the funded stage, can be reset once per challenge
RulesIdentical to your original account — same drawdown, daily loss, profit target, consistency and profit split. Nothing is relaxed or tightened
What restartsOn a funded reset, your payout cycle begins again and your minimum trading days reset to zero

Pricing: a reset is priced as a percentage of what you actually paid for the original challenge, including any discount you bought with. Phase 1 resets are the cheapest — below the price of a new challenge; later phases and funded resets cost more. Your exact reset price is shown at checkout, and resets are excluded from general promotions.

Withdrawal fees

Atlas CFD withdrawals are made by crypto or Rise. The fee depends on the amount.

MethodLimitFeeSpeed
CryptoUp to $1,000No feeWithin 4 hours
RiseRequired over $1,000$50 (deducted from the reward)Within 4 hours

The minimum withdrawal is $100. Amounts over $1,000 route through Rise for AML compliance.

Atlas Futures

Futures payouts are processed within 24 hours with no minimum amount, backed by our 24-hour payout guarantee: a $1,000 compensation is added automatically if we miss it. See Payouts & profit split for the full schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an activation fee?
No activation fee on Atlas Futures. It is a one-time challenge fee with nothing charged when you get funded. On CFD you pay a single one-time evaluation fee at checkout plus any optional add-ons; there is no monthly subscription.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Both product lines are a one-time fee with no recurring charges.
When do I get my fee back?
On CFD, your evaluation fee is refunded automatically with your 3rd consecutive reward, across all models (1/2/3 Step and the Pro variants, Pay Later, Instant Funded and Instant Zero). Atlas Futures is a one-time fee and is not refunded after payouts.
Do I get a refund if I fail the evaluation?
No. The fee refund is earned by performing as a funded trader and reaching the payout milestone; it does not apply if you do not pass.
How much does a reset cost?
Futures: 40% of the original fee for the first reset, 60% after. CFD: a percentage of what you actually paid, which varies by phase — Phase 1 is the cheapest (below a new challenge), and later phases and funded resets cost more. Your exact price is shown at checkout.
Does a reset affect my profit split?
No. A CFD Account Reset carries the same rules as your original account, including the same profit split — there is no post-reset cap. On a funded reset, only your payout cycle and minimum trading days start again.
How long do I have to reset?
On CFD, a reset is available any time, and for up to 14 calendar days after a breach — then it expires. Each phase can be reset once. Instant Zero is not eligible for resets.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Crypto is free up to $1,000; amounts over $1,000 go through Rise with a $50 fee. The minimum withdrawal is $100.
What does a reset actually do?
Futures: it restarts your breached account from its starting balance. CFD: it issues a brand-new account that resumes at the phase you breached, so you keep the phases you already passed; the old account is closed.
When do I pay for a Pay Later account?
Only after you pass. You start for $0-$5 up front, then pay the full account fee on passing to activate your funded account.
